At the end of a fern lined pathway that winds around a river, there is a beach called Tapuae in Taranaki, NZ. Steep hillsides are covered in pampas grass, wild grasses and delicate flowers. It is a serene spot and a walk along that coast is the perfect tonic to lower the nervous system!
